Privacy Policy
This page explains what personal data Infinity Dimensions S.L. processes through oodimensions.com, why, for how long, and how you can exercise your rights. It is written to be understood: if anything is unclear, write to us and we will explain it.
1. Who the controller is
- Company name: Infinity Dimensions S.L.
- Spanish tax ID (CIF): B09673351
- Registered address: Calle de Apolonio Morales 3, 28036 Madrid, Spain
- Phone: +34 619 524 221
- Email: info@oodimensions.com
We are not required to appoint a Data Protection Officer. For anything concerning your data, the address above is the channel.
2. What data we process, and where it comes from
We only process the data you give us. We do not buy it, we do not obtain it from third parties, and we do not build profiles.
- Contact form: name, company, email, phone and the content of your message. Only the name, the email and the message are required; the rest is up to you.
- Email: whatever you include when writing to info@oodimensions.com.
- Job applications: the CV and information you send to apply@oodimensions.com.
- Server logs: the server hosting this site automatically records the IP address, the date, the page requested and the browser type. It is the minimum any web server needs in order to work and to detect attacks. It is not cross-referenced with any other data and is not used to track you.
This website sets no cookies — none of our own, none from third parties, no analytics, no advertising. That is why you will not see a cookie banner: there is nothing to accept. We explain this in detail in our Cookie Policy.
3. Why we use it, and on what legal basis
| Purpose | Legal basis (GDPR) |
|---|---|
| Replying to the enquiry you send through the form or by email | Your consent, ticked explicitly on the form (Art. 6(1)(a)), and pre-contractual steps taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b)) |
| Managing the relationship with clients and collaborators | Performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)) |
| Assessing your application in a recruitment process | Your consent when sending us your CV (Art. 6(1)(a)) |
| Keeping the site running and protecting it from abuse | Our legitimate interest in a working, secure service (Art. 6(1)(f)) |
| Meeting tax, accounting and company-law obligations | Legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)) |
We do not use your data to send you advertising or newsletters. If we ever did, we would ask you separately and you could say no.
4. How long we keep it
- Enquiries that do not lead to a business relationship: up to one year from the last message, in case you get back in touch. After that they are deleted.
- Clients: for the duration of the relationship and, once it ends, for the applicable statutory limitation periods — up to six years under Spanish commercial and tax law.
- Unsuccessful applications: one year at most, unless you authorise us to keep them longer for future processes.
- Server logs: the period applied by our hosting provider, short and in any case under a year.
5. Who else sees your data
We do not sell or share data with anyone. We do use technology providers who, in order to deliver their service, process data on our behalf. These are all of them:
- Netlify, Inc. (United States) — hosts this website and receives the contact form messages.
- Google Ireland Limited (Ireland) — our corporate email runs on Google Workspace, so the messages you write to us pass through it.
- Google Maps — only if you press the button to load the map on the contact page. Until you press it, Google receives nothing at all. That is precisely why it sits behind a button instead of loading on arrival.
We may also disclose data to public authorities, the courts or our advisers where the law requires it.
Transfers outside the European Union
Netlify is a United States company. The data processing agreement we have signed with them incorporates the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission, which is the mechanism the GDPR requires for such transfers. There is no other international transfer.
6. Your rights
At any time you can ask us to:
- Access: tell you what we hold about you.
- Rectification: correct anything that is wrong.
- Erasure: delete it.
- Objection and restriction: stop processing it, or keep it without using it.
- Portability: hand it over in a format you can take elsewhere.
- Withdraw your consent whenever you wish, without affecting what was done before.
Just write to info@oodimensions.com, or by post to Calle de Apolonio Morales 3, 28036 Madrid, Spain, stating which right you are exercising. We may ask you to prove your identity. We will reply within one month.
If you believe we have not handled things properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (C/ Jorge Juan 6, 28001 Madrid — www.aepd.es). We would appreciate hearing from you first, so we can put it right.
7. How we protect the site
These are the actual measures, not a generic formula:
- All traffic is encrypted over HTTPS, and browsers are instructed not to accept the site unencrypted.
- The site declares a Content Security Policy that prevents any code other than our own from running, and stops the form being sent anywhere other than our own domain.
- Typefaces are served from our own domain: loading this site, your browser contacts no external server.
- Access to the messages we receive is limited to the team members who need to handle them.
8. Children
This website is aimed at professionals and companies. We do not knowingly request or process data from children under fourteen. If we find we have received any, we will delete it.
9. Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle data, we will update this page and the date below. Where the change is significant, we will say so visibly.
